Seller Rating: Seller Rating: After the close of an auction, the winning bidder can rate the seller and the transaction based on the following three criteria, using a scale of 1 to 5 (one being very dissatisfied and five being very satisfied):
1. Product Quality/Value
2. Communication
3. Ease of Transaction
Seller’s ratings are based on a 5-star system and will appear on each of the seller’s auction listings next to the seller’s username with the total number of feedback submissions in parenthesis. This rating is broken down to the ½-star level and is a lifetime rating of the average of all feedback submissions. Before feedback has been submitted, “Not Yet Rated” will appear in place of the stars. You can access seller rating details for the past 7 days, past month and past 3 months by clicking on the number of feedback submissions next to the seller rating.
