For Auctions -- Open Border Banner Ad spaces of Park Place .biz home pages may be auctioned off to the highest bidder per ad section. The winner has the right to renew ad space for month to month or Impressions term, For a term of 12 month i.e. year contract and paid in full on the start of first month. They also may renew before end of their contract. By contacting Park Place. Fees must be paid on time or the ad will be canceled and the space re-auctioned / re-sold, or offered to next highest bidder. Ad space is rented out by Owner Park Place and is non transferable; all rent shall be paid in advance for the agreed term unless an other agreement has been made. The renter of the ad space on the board block if not renewed within issued notice of Quit Claim. Then said space will be auctioned or rented to the next highest bidder, for said space for a month-by-month or yearly rent term. Company's must meet Terms & Conditions Park Place reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, and will issue refund if necessary, and may make changes to this policy from time to time.
